In this work session, the Parks Department will review potential funding requests for the FY27-32 Capital Improvements Program in preparation for adoption of a final request on October 16, 2025.
Additionally, Parks is requesting an increase in the Spending Affordability Guidelines (SAG) for MNCPPC bonds that the Council is actively considering and would enact on October 2, 2025. If approved, staff will transmit the Planning Board’s recommendation for SAG immediately following this session for Council consideration. Staff will also incorporate feedback on funding from the Board into the final FY27-32 CIP request for its consideration and adoption on October 16, 2025.
