Long Branch Local Park Future Updates: Open Comment Period

Aerial concept plan of the existing features and the new amenities proposed for Long Branch Local Park. Features include a new, larger parking lot labelled 3, a playground labelled as 4, a lit turf soccer field labelled 12, a lit skate park labelled as 13, and multi-sport courts labelled as 17 and 18.

Thank you for participating in the open comment period for Long Branch Local Park.

We are excited to announce upcoming updates to the park, including a new park entry, playground, loop walking/jogging path, picnic shelters, sports courts, a new lit skate park, and a new lit artificial turf soccer field, as well as security cameras and pedestrian lighting. Construction is anticipated to begin in summer 2027, with the updated park scheduled to open in summer 2028.

The comment period is open from June 1 to June 30. Please share your feedback to help us shape the future of Long Branch Local Park.
