Review the Athletic Field Use Permit Policy Draft

Welcome to the Athletic Field Use Policy Draft survey.  

Montgomery Parks is updating its Athletic Field Use Permit Policy to address the changing needs of field users. The policy was last updated in 2013. 

Over the past year and a half, we have collected public input through a survey and focus groups to help shape the new policy. We are now in the final stage of outreach and are requesting review and input of the updated draft policy.

• Section 3: Permitting Order of Consideration
• Section 3 B: Priority Use 
• Conditions of Use: Ghost Permitting and Permit Change/Return Time Fee 

The policy will be presented to the Montgomery County Planning Board for review and approval this winter.
